Project Team
PraeLegal Uzbekistan served as a trusted partner in implementing one of the most innovative construction projects in Uzbekistan. The project adopted the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) model — a rarely used approach in the local market but recognized globally as an effective tool for managing large-scale projects.
A distinguishing feature of this project was the application of international FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) standards. Our team led by Senior Counsel Shakhnoza Kodirova not only possesses deep expertise in these standards but also successfully adapted them to comply with local legislation. This approach enabled the client to integrate international best practices while considering the specific requirements of Uzbekistan's construction sector, ensuring seamless compliance with all legal and technical norms.
Thanks to our strategic and comprehensive approach, the project successfully completed the preparatory phase and transitioned into active implementation.
This project became a landmark example of applying the EPCM model in Uzbekistan, demonstrating that even the most complex and unconventional challenges can be effectively addressed through professionalism and a thorough understanding of industry-specific nuances.
PraeLegal Uzbekistan once again showcased its ability to integrate international practices into the local context, setting new standards for high-quality legal support in the construction industry. This experience reinforced our commitment to delivering ambitious projects and further solidified our reputation as experts in construction law.
