Mushtariy Aripova has grown within our firm from an intern to the Head of the International Arbitration Practice, successfully representing both local and international clients in complex, high-value disputes. Building on her extensive experience in arbitration and dispute resolution, she has expanded her professional focus to the Mining & Natural Resources Practice, where she advises clients on regulatory, transactional, and dispute-related matters across the extractive industries.
Her background in international arbitration continues to serve as a solid foundation for addressing legal challenges in the mining and energy sectors. Mushtariy has represented clients before leading arbitration institutions, including the London Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation (LCAM), where she successfully led a five-year arbitration, achieving a favorable outcome despite intricate procedural complexities.
In 2022, she and her team were nominated by Global Law Experts & Global Advisory Experts for the “Arbitration Experts in Uzbekistan” award, recognizing their exceptional contribution to the field. In 2023, Mushtariy earned membership at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), solidifying her international standing as a dispute resolution professional.
Today, Mushtariy brings her arbitration expertise to projects in mining, energy, and natural resource management, advising on joint ventures, production sharing agreements, regulatory compliance, and investment protection.
