Project Team
The development of modern cities requires the implementation of advanced technological solutions to ensure convenience and efficiency in managing urban infrastructure.
The creation of the Unified Parking Information System in Tashkent has become a significant step in this field. The winner of the tender announced by the State Enterprise Tashkent Invest in December 2024 was Streetpark Systems, which proposed the most efficient and technologically advanced solution.
The project aims to develop a software system that automates parking space management, monitors occupancy, and provides user-friendly interaction mechanisms. The obligations under the project include not only the creation of the system itself but also its subsequent technical support. The initial selection cost was set at 8.22 billion UZS.
Given the innovative nature of the project and its importance for urban infrastructure, PraeLegal Uzbekistan provided full legal support to the tender winner throughout the selection process. A team of lawyers, led by Managing Director Sherzod Abdulkasimov, including Senior Counsel Shakhnoza Kodirova and Associate Diyora Muminova and Junior Associate Madinabonu Abdulazizova, conducted a comprehensive legal review of the submitted tender documents, ensuring their compliance with public procurement requirements and international standards.
After the successful completion of the tender process, PraeLegal Uzbekistan was once again engaged for outsourced legal support of the project on an ongoing basis. The Unified Parking Information System project has become a significant milestone in the development of the capital's digital infrastructure. The legal expertise of PraeLegal Uzbekistan has provided a solid legal foundation for its implementation, setting a new standard for legal support of innovative initiatives in Uzbekistan.
