Practices
Participates in LPO department projects, including performing tasks related to legal analysis, document preparation, and supporting international and local clients within the framework of legal process outsourcing, and is also involved in projects in the fields of M&A and licensing.
The main areas of practice include corporate and contract law, including the preparation, analysis, and systematization of legal documentation, conducting legal research, and supporting internal corporate procedures. Possesses basic knowledge in administrative and tax law, as well as legal regulation of construction.
Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
During the period of study, actively participated in academic and extracurricular activities, including involvement in various events organized by the Department of Administrative Law, as well as organizing and volunteering at the TEDxTSUL event, which contributed to the development of teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
