He has extensive experience working in government structures and law enforcement agencies, enabling him to effectively represent clients in criminal and administrative proceedings.

Before joining PraeLegal Uzbekistan, he held legal positions in the fields of education, pension provision, and law enforcement. He served as the Chief Legal Counsel at the Department of the Off-Budget Pension Fund of the Republic of Karakalpakstan under the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan, where he gained in-depth knowledge of administrative law and regulatory aspects of social policy.

He also has experience as an investigator and senior investigator, specializing in the investigation of property crimes, which provided him with a strong understanding of forensics, criminal procedure, and defense tactics in litigation.
