With over 20 years of experience, Ulugbek has played a pivotal role in structuring investment projects in the mining industry, securing financing, and ensuring their successful implementation. His leadership in Gusun Hitech, Uch-Qulach Polymetal, and Quytosh Koni has facilitated investments in natural resource exploration and extraction, as well as the development of processing infrastructure.
He advises clients on investment strategies, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the mining sector while also assisting in the development and implementation of investment policies aimed at the sustainable management of natural resources.
