The state-owned company Navoiyuran is implementing a project to expand its activities internationally in the uranium mining sector.
Given the current global situation, uranium supplies from Uzbekistan have gained strategic importance, particularly for key buyers in the United States and France, who consider this resource a vital component of their energy security.
Our team is engaged in analyzing investment aspects and regulatory frameworks, taking into account the specifics of different jurisdictions. The project is transboundary and designed for a long-term perspective.
At present, we are conducting an assessment of potential development directions and strategic opportunities for further project implementation.
Legal support is provided under the leadership of the Of Counsel Ulugbek Rakhimov, with active participation from Partners Irina Kim and Mirzaaziz Ruziyev. Their expertise and deep understanding of international law ensure a solid legal foundation for the project's successful development.
