Within the framework of such projects, we can analyse non-Uzbek law governed agreements with foreign counterparties, bring them into compliance with the requirements of the laws of Uzbekistan, participate in internal and external discussions and negotiations and provide explanations, assist in the due execution and perfection of such contracts, conduct due diligence of local borrowers and issue relevant Uzbek law legal opinions conforming to established international standards, taking into account the wishes of foreign counterparties.

Separately we can assist foreign investors entering Uzbek finance market in structuring their project, providing in-depth analysis of applicable regulations of Uzbekistan, guiding them through various state regulators’ requirements, as well as helping them to incorporate their local company in a right legal form, submitting relevant applications to and information to such state regulator and ultimately obtaining necessary licenses and registrations, to enable such local company to operate as a commercial bank, microfinance organization, payments system operator or any other finance sector services provider.
